DENTAL IMPLANT CARD
Dental implant card of the Arena polyclinic contains the date of the implant procedure, unique serial number of dental implant and certificate of originality and quality, as well as instructions for regular maintenance of oral hygiene stipulated by warranty conditions.
Regular maintenance of oral hygiene implies two annual visits to the polyclinic for a regular check-up, regular and proper maintenance of oral hygiene and regular visits for dental deposit removal.
